12 Month Healthy Habits Challenge

habitIt’s easy to be hard on ourselves when we’ve tried a program and failed. You tried this diet and that exercise program and maybe it worked for a while but then it stopped working. All you tell yourself from that experience is that you failed.

But really, you need to congratulate yourself. You attempted to make a change. The attempt alone is enough to celebrate. It’s the first step. Some people never even get to that step.  Even if you haven’t tried anything before, the fact that you’re reading this is a step in the right direction. It means your curious. It means you are considering making a change.

The attempt alone means a commitment to change. So watch this video and let’s see if we can’t make that change stick this time.
