Skinny Sour Mix & Margaritas

Skinny Margarita 2Margaritas have to be one of my favorite drinks of all time. And they must have a salted rim. That said, they can be very high in sugar and are typically made with overly sweetened sour mix and few fresh ingredients. With this recipe, you can have a naturally sweetened mix that uses fresh citrus for a great tasting margarita with less sugar and calories.

I realize not all of you will have the sweeteners that I use in this recipe. Feel free to use what you prefer, but realize that the nutrition information may change (say, if you decide to use agave instead). If you do choose to use the ingredients I have listed, they can be found pretty easily at your local health food store and online.
