Easy “Cauli Mac” & Cheese

And while these are okay on occasion, there’s a better way  to do it. Why not have food that’s easy, comforting, delicious, and also good for you?

This meal is just that. Swap pasta for cauliflower and smother it with cheese and you have a yummy dinner in less than 15 minutes. It doesn’t get much better than that!

Cauli Mac & Cheese 2Ever used turmeric? The taste is a subtle and earthy. The color is beautiful and adds to that golden-yellow we expect from traditional mac & cheese which is important because you eat with your eyes first!

Not to mention, turmeric has been shown to reduce inflammation and improve digestion.
