Pumpkin Breakfast Muffins

pumpkinmuffinThere are plenty of pumpkin muffins out there but few would qualify as anything more than a treat! I’ve had a hard time finding a good pumpkin muffin recipe that didn’t also ask for a bowl of sugar.

And it appears many of you are having the same problem, as I’ve received multiple requests for a healthier version.

These pumpkins call for less than half of the sugar of most recipes but are still quite delicious. Pair it with some yogurt and fruit and you’ve got a satisfying and filling breakfast!
